Ms. Farha Naaz is the Founder of Juris Sapiens Chambers and a practising Advocate with a distinguished pan-India litigation practice.

She regularly appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, and various courts and tribunals across the country, handling matters involving substantial questions of law and personal liberty.

Her primary area of expertise is criminal law, with extensive experience in serious and complex matters including cases under the NDPS Act, POCSO Act, POSH Act, and offences relating to rape, murder, assault, cyber crimes, and economic offences.

She has also handled matters investigated by specialised agencies such as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and has significant experience in bail jurisprudence, including anticipatory, interim, regular, and statutory bail at all judicial levels.

Ms. Naaz has advised and represented clients in international and transnational criminal matters, including extradition proceedings, Look Out Circulars (LOCs), INTERPOL Red Corner Notices (RCNs), and cross-border investigations.

In addition to criminal litigation, her practice extends to civil and commercial disputes, particularly property matters and Waqf-related litigation. She has served as Law Officer and Panel Counsel for the Delhi Waqf Board.

Ms. Naaz is also a recognised authority on POSH compliance and serves as an External Member of Internal Committees (ICs) for corporates.

Faiyaz Khalid is an Advocate based in New Delhi, known for his multidisciplinary engagement with litigation, legal education, and technology-driven legal solutions.

He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and actively appears before various courts and tribunals. His professional work spans civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on drafting, advisory services, and dispute resolution.
